Today the teams were able to take a break from serving and
go on their choice of adventures – white water rafting or hiking to a
waterfall. Both were exciting and
offered a fun-filled morning (see pictures below), followed by shopping around
Jarabacoa then dinner and ice cream in town.

Tomorrow we will be visiting local churches. Then we will be able to rest and have free time before getting together for team time to share about what God’s been doing in our lives and in our sites since we’ve been here, which we are very excited about! As time permits, we will also be able to upload some of the kids’ pictures from our first week in the DR.
God has been gracious and continues to work in and through us, and your prayers are definitely having an impact!
